1. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling a service, requesting a quote, or otherwise engaging with Endless Pressure Washing (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Endless Pressure Washing provides professional pressure washing and exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to driveways, concrete, siding, roofs, decks, gutters, windows, and commercial properties. All services are performed using commercial-grade equipment and biodegradable detergents where applicable.
3. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are free and provided without obligation. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work materially changes from what was described during the quoting process. Any such changes will be communicated and agreed upon before work proceeds.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
We strive to honor scheduled appointment times and will communicate promptly if delays arise due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge.
6. Liability
We take every reasonable precaution to protect your property during service. Our liability for any damage caused during the course of service is limited to the cost of the specific service performed. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, structural defects, or surfaces that cannot safely withstand pressure washing.
7. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major electronic payment methods. A deposit may be required for large-scale or commercial projects.
